The “Merc” offers a delicious array of meals made from fresh natural ingredients including local Colorado produce. From our gourmet brunch menu, tapas night, and always changing dinner specials, the food at the Merc is always worth making the beautiful canyon drive for.
So stop on by for a local craft beer and a damn good meal!
The Merc is more than a restaurant. It is also Jamestown's community meeting place, a mountain hang out, a stop for cyclists and tourists, and a great place to see live music.

Breakfast Burrito
Huge smothered burrito filled with eggs, potatoes, green chiles, cheese, beans and your choice of bacon, ham, sausage or veggie sausage. Topped with homemade Merc green chili, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
Breakfast Tacos
Three soft corn tortillas filled with eggs, potatoes, cheese and your choice of bacon, sausage or greens. Topped with avocado tomatillo sauce.
Smoked Trout and Eggs
Two eggs any style, grilled potatoes, tomato salad, greens, dill cream, and ciabatta toast.
New Orleans Benedict
A long time Merc favorite! Two eggs poached over crab cakes, spinach and an english muffin. Topped with cajun hollandaise and served with has browns.
Mountain Toast
Our decadent version of french toast. Three large slices with mixed berries and whipped cream.
